Overview
**Diakine-DK12-IFNa (EGFR) Intratumoral** is a preclinical, intratumorally administered EGFR-targeted immunocytokine developed by Deka Biosciences for EGFR-expressing solid tumors. It is a single recombinant cytokine fusion protein designed to localize within EGFR-positive tumor tissue while delivering interleukin-12 and interferon-alpha signaling locally, with the aim of stimulating innate and adaptive antitumor immune responses while limiting systemic cytokine exposure.
