Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Dialive is an extracorporeal liver support device developed by Yaqrit for the treatment of patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). The system utilizes a dual-filtration mechanism designed to address the systemic inflammation and organ dysfunction characteristic of ACLF. Specifically, it removes circulating endotoxins, replaces or cleanses dysfunctional albumin, and modulates the cytokine storm. By targeting these key drivers of liver failure, Dialive aims to improve patient survival and facilitate liver recovery or bridge to transplantation.
