Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Dibotatug (DR-01) is a first-in-class, non-fucosylated monoclonal antibody developed by Dren Bio. It specifically targets CD94 (KLRD1), a subunit of the CD94/NKG2 receptor complex expressed on cytotoxic T cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. By binding to CD94, dibotatug induces the depletion of pathogenic, chronically activated T cells and NK cells through enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). This mechanism is particularly relevant in autoimmune and hematologic conditions where these cells drive tissue destruction, such as bone marrow failure syndromes (including aplastic anemia) and large granular lymphocyte leukemia (LGLL).
