Overview

JT-1, also known as dicholine succinate, is a physiological salt developed by Jantar GmbH as a nasal spray for the treatment of chronic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. It has demonstrated pharmacological properties, with proof-of-concept studies showing statistically significant improvements in disease intensity, nasal discomfort, headache, and nasal airflow. The drug is believed to exert its therapeutic effect primarily by liquefying mucus, leading to sinus discharge and symptom relief. It holds a Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) status by the US FDA.
