JT-1, also known as dicholine succinate, is a physiological salt developed by Jantar GmbH as a nasal spray for the treatment of chronic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis. It has demonstrated pharmacological properties, with proof-of-concept studies showing statistically significant improvements in disease intensity, nasal discomfort, headache, and nasal airflow.
