Diclotrex II

**Diclotrex II** is a topical co-packaged analgesic kit marketed by PureTek. It contains diclofenac sodium topical solution 1.5% w/w plus a camphor 4% and menthol 10% topical gel product. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes and reduces prostaglandin-mediated pain and inflammation; camphor and menthol provide topical counterirritant analgesia. The diclofenac component is labeled for treatment of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee.
