Dicnex-Fast Gel

Dicnex-Fast Gel is a topical combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory formulation developed by Tecnex Pharma. It is designed for the localized relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, backache, sprains, and strains. The gel contains a synergistic blend of active ingredients: diclofenac sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis; capsaicin, which desensitizes sensory nerve endings; menthol, which provides a cooling sensation and acts as a mild analgesic; and methyl salicylate, which serves as a counter-irritant. Additionally, linseed oil is included for its potential anti-inflammatory properties and to aid in the absorption of the other active components. This multi-modal approach targets various pathways of pain perception and inflammatory response directly at the site of application.
