Dimuningshen Koufuye

Dimuningshen Koufuye is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) oral liquid formulation primarily indicated for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and tic disorders in children and adolescents. The formulation is composed of several botanical and animal-derived ingredients, including *Rehmannia glutinosa* (Di Huang), *Ostrea gigas* (Mu Li), *Alisma plantago-aquatica* (Ze Xie), *Schisandra chinensis* (Wu Wei Zi), *Scrophularia ningpoensis* (Xuan Shen), and *Scutellaria baicalensis* (Huang Qin). In the context of TCM theory, it is designed to nourish liver and kidney yin, suppress hyperactive liver yang, and calm the spirit (Ning Shen). Clinical research, including studies conducted at Beijing Anding Hospital, has evaluated its efficacy as both a monotherapy and an adjunctive treatment alongside conventional stimulants like methylphenidate or non-stimulants like atomoxetine.
