DiNAK-003

DiNAK-003 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain, leucine-rich repeat and pyrin domain-containing 3) inflammasome. Developed by DiNAK Therapeutics, the compound is designed to prevent the assembly of the NLRP3 inflammasome complex, thereby inhibiting the maturation and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18). By targeting this central pathway of innate immunity, DiNAK-003 aims to treat a variety of chronic inflammatory conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, metabolic disorders, and inflammatory bowel disease. The drug is currently in early-stage clinical development to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics.
