Overview

DIOS-101 is an induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell-derived therapy being developed by Dioseve for the treatment of female infertility. The therapy utilizes a proprietary differentiation induction technology to generate ovarian support cells, specifically granulosa cells, from iPS cells. These laboratory-grown granulosa cells are designed to be used during in vitro maturation (IVM) to support the development of immature oocytes into mature eggs. By enhancing the maturation process outside the body, DIOS-101 aims to improve pregnancy rates in IVF procedures, particularly for patients experiencing age-related fertility decline or those with poor egg quality. This approach represents a regenerative medicine strategy that targets the biological limitations of egg quality rather than procedural optimization alone.
