Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The DIOSynVax Bird Flu vaccine is a next-generation, broadly protective mRNA-based influenza vaccine candidate developed to provide immunity against a wide range of H5 avian influenza virus clades. It leverages the proprietary "Digital Immune Optimized Synthetic Vaccine" (DIOSynVax) platform, which uses advanced artificial intelligence-driven antigen design to create synthetic antigens capable of inducing strong neutralizing antibody responses across diverse H5 subtypes. The technology aims to overcome the limitations of traditional strain-specific vaccines by offering broad protection with a single formulation. The delivery system is being developed in partnership with ACM Biolabs and may enable mucosal administration via nasal spray for improved uptake and temperature stability. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust efficacy and safety in animal models; the candidate is ready for human clinical trials[1][5][6][9].
