Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DIOSynVax's next-generation influenza vaccine is a broadly protective candidate designed to provide cross-strain immunity against multiple influenza strains. Developed using the proprietary Digital Immune Optimized Synthetic Vaccine (DIOSynVax) platform and Vaccine Antigen Payload (VAP) technology, the vaccine utilizes computational biology and protein structure analysis to design synthetic antigens. These antigens target highly conserved regions of key influenza viral proteins, specifically hemagglutinin (HA), neuraminidase (NA), and the M2 ion channel. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional seasonal vaccines by providing broader and longer-lasting protection against viral variability. As of mid-2025, the program is in the IND-enabling stage and ready for human clinical trials.
