A combination antiemetic therapy consisting of diphenhydramine, lorazepam, and dexamethasone, developed by the University of South Florida for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in pediatric patients. Administered via a continuous infusion pump (the 'BAD pump'), the regimen combines an antihistamine, a benzodiazepine, and a corticosteroid to provide both continuous and on-demand relief.
