Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is CanSino Biologics' investigational **DTcP-Hib-MCV4 combined vaccine**, an adsorbed pediatric combination vaccine containing diphtheria, tetanus, and tricomponent acellular pertussis antigens; a *Haemophilus influenzae* type b conjugate component; and quadrivalent meningococcal conjugate components covering *Neisseria meningitidis* serogroups A, C, W135, and Y. It is intended to induce active protective immunity against pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, Hib-associated disease, and meningococcal meningitis caused by the included serogroups. CanSino initiated a Phase I trial in children aged 2 months to 6 years to assess safety and immunogenicity. ([cpivc.com](https://www.cpivc.com/en/newsdel/id/12.html))
