This is a pentavalent combination vaccine developed by Beijing Minhai Biotechnology for the prevention of five infectious diseases in infants and children: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, and invasive *Haemophilus influenzae* type b (Hib) infections. The vaccine consists of adsorbed acellular pertussis antigens, diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, inactivated poliovirus (IPV), and Hib capsular polysaccharide conjugated to a carrier protein. By combining these antigens into a single injection, the vaccine aims to reduce the number of required immunizations, thereby improving compliance and coverage. It is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety and immunogenicity in healthy participants aged 3 months to 6 years.
