The diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis-inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (DTaP-IPV) developed by **Beijing Minhai Biotechnology** is an adsorbed acellular combination vaccine designed to protect against four major infectious diseases: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), and poliomyelitis. The vaccine is composed of diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, acellular pertussis antigens (including pertussis toxoid and filamentous hemagglutinin), and inactivated poliovirus serotypes 1, 2, and 3. These components are adsorbed onto an aluminum-based adjuvant, such as aluminum hydroxide or aluminum phosphate, to enhance the immune response. By combining these antigens into a single injection, the vaccine aims to reduce the number of required shots for infants and children, thereby improving compliance with immunization schedules. It is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety and immunogenicity in healthy infants and children aged 3 months to 6 years.
