Boryung Biopharma's DTaP vaccine is a combination biological product developed for active immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough). The vaccine contains diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, and acellular pertussis antigens as its active ingredients. Its mechanism of action involves inducing protective antibody-mediated immunity against the toxins produced by *Corynebacterium diphtheriae* and *Clostridium tetani*, as well as antigens from *Bordetella pertussis*. The vaccine has achieved approved status in South Korea and was evaluated in clinical research under the code name BVN008.
