Diphtheria toxoid + tetanus toxoid + acellular pertussis vaccine + haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine is a quadrivalent combination vaccine candidate developed by Rong'an Biological, a subsidiary of AIM Vaccine. This vaccine is designed for pediatric use to provide simultaneous protection against four major infectious diseases: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), and invasive infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib). The formulation typically includes diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, acellular pertussis antigens (such as pertussis toxoid and filamentous hemagglutinin), and the Hib capsular polysaccharide conjugated to a carrier protein. By combining these antigens into a single injection, the vaccine aims to reduce the number of required shots, thereby improving vaccination compliance and simplifying the childhood immunization schedule. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
