Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DISP-10** is an investigational two-component anticancer regimen from Dispatch Bio for advanced gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors. It combines **DV-10**, a systemically administered, tumor-selective, replication-competent adenoviral vector, with the BCMA-directed autologous CAR-T cell therapy **idecabtagene vicleucel**. DV-10 is engineered to infect tumor cells and express a modified B-cell maturation antigen, creating an ectopic CAR-T target on tumor cells, while also expressing interleukin-18 and CXCL9 to promote immune activation and T-cell infiltration. Idecabtagene vicleucel subsequently recognizes the induced BCMA target and mediates CAR-T-cell activation and tumor-cell killing. Dispatch Bio is evaluating DISP-10 in a Phase 1 study in adults with advanced gastrointestinal cancers.
