DISP-11

**DISP-11** is an investigational sequential combination immunotherapy developed by Dispatch Bio for gastrointestinal cancers and other epithelial-origin solid tumors. It combines **DV-10**, a tumor-specific virus from Dispatch's Flare platform that systemically delivers a universal synthetic antigen to tumor cells and remodels the tumor microenvironment, with **zevorcabtagene autoleucel** (zevor-cel), an autologous B-cell maturation antigen-targeted CAR-T cell therapy supplied by CARsgen. The intended strategy is to prime tumor cells with DV-10 and subsequently administer zevor-cel, enabling CAR-T recognition and destruction of Flare-marked tumor cells.
