Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DISP-40 is an undisclosed preclinical-stage immunotherapy candidate being developed by Dispatch Biotherapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors of epithelial origin. The candidate is expected to leverage Dispatch Biotherapeutics' proprietary Flare platform, which utilizes a tumor-specific viral vector to deliver a universal antigen ('Flare') directly to solid tumor cells. This antigen acts as a beacon to tag cancer cells and remodel the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, guiding next-generation immunotherapies (such as CAR-T cell therapies) to selectively target and eliminate the marked cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue.
