Overview

DIT101 is an investigational *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Tcelltech for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LBL). Unlike conventional autologous CAR-T therapies that require a complex *ex vivo* process—including leukapheresis, laboratory genetic engineering, and re-infusion—DIT101 is designed for direct intravenous administration. Once infused, the therapy utilizes a vector to genetically modify the patient's endogenous T cells within their own body to express a CAR targeting B-cell surface antigens (typically CD19). This approach aims to streamline the manufacturing process, reduce the time to treatment, and improve the scalability of CAR-T cell therapies for hematologic cancers.
