diuretics + amiodarone

This is a combination therapy involving diuretics and amiodarone. Diuretics are a class of medications that promote the excretion of water and electrolytes from the kidneys, commonly used to manage hypertension, edema, and heart failure. Amiodarone is a class III antiarrhythmic agent that works by blocking potassium channels in cardiac tissue, prolonging repolarization and stabilizing abnormal heart rhythms. The combination may be used in patients with arrhythmias who also require fluid management; however, this combination carries an increased risk of adverse effects such as electrolyte disturbances (notably hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia), which can potentiate the proarrhythmic effects of amiodarone[1][3][4]. This combination should be used with caution under close medical supervision.
