Overview

DK210 (CD19) is an investigational engineered cytokine fusion protein developed by DEKA Biosciences using its proprietary Diakine™ platform. The therapeutic candidate is designed to treat hematological cancers by targeting the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, a well-validated marker for B-cell malignancies. The DK210 scaffold typically consists of a combination of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) cytokines, which are engineered and fused to a targeting moiety (such as an antibody fragment) directed against CD19. This targeted approach is intended to concentrate the immunomodulatory effects of the cytokines within the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune response while minimizing the systemic toxicities often associated with high-dose cytokine therapy.
