Overview

DKure is a novel cancer vaccine platform developed by NK Life Science and Vectorbuilder. It utilizes antibody-conjugated mRNA-lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) designed to specifically deliver tumor antigens to dendritic cells (DCs) in vivo. By targeting CLEC9A, a C-type lectin-like receptor expressed on DCs, DKure aims to enhance the initiation of potent anti-tumor immune responses, involving both CD8+ cytotoxic T cells and CD4+ helper T cells. This platform offers a strategy for efficient and cost-effective cancer vaccination, with potential applications in personalized cancer vaccines by incorporating neoantigen mRNAs.
