Overview

DKY709 + spartalizumab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors, particularly evaluated in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)[1][2]. DKY709 is a novel immunomodulatory agent whose precise mechanism is not yet publicly disclosed, while spartalizumab (also known as PDR001) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), thereby inhibiting its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 to promote anti-tumor immune responses[1][3][4][6][7]. The combination is designed to enhance immune-mediated anti-tumor activity through immune checkpoint blockade and additional immunomodulatory effects[1][2][3][7].
