Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DLL3-CD3 is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) being developed by NovaRock Biotherapeutics for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine cancers. The molecule is designed to simultaneously bind to Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), which is highly expressed in SCLC and neuroendocrine tumors, and the CD3 receptor on T cells. This dual binding facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T cells directly to the tumor site, leading to the targeted destruction of DLL3-positive malignant cells. As of late 2024, the program remains in the preclinical phase of development, aiming to provide a targeted immunotherapy option for patients with high-grade neuroendocrine malignancies.
