**DLL3xCD3x4-1BB** is a trispecific T-cell engager (TCE) antibody developed by **Chugai Pharmaceutical** designed for solid tumor immunotherapy. It features a logic-gated mechanism with bindings to **DLL3** (Delta-like ligand 3, a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in neuroendocrine carcinomas and small cell lung cancer), **CD3** (on T cells for recruitment and activation), and **4-1BB** (CD137, for conditional costimulation).
