DLL3xSEZ6 bsADC

DLL3xSEZ6 bsADC is a preclinical bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (bsADC) developed by Biocytogen for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors. The drug targets two clinically validated tumor-associated antigens, Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and Seizure-related homolog protein 6 (SEZ6), which are highly expressed in SCLC and glioblastoma with minimal expression in normal tissues. The bsADC utilizes a 1+1 bispecific antibody format conjugated to a novel topoisomerase 1 (TOP1) inhibitor payload via a hydrophilic, enzyme-cleavable linker, achieving a drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of 8. By dual-targeting DLL3 and SEZ6, the agent aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and provide more selective anti-tumor activity compared to monospecific therapies.
