DLMR01 is a novel, liquid, particle-free polycaprolactone (PCL)-based dermal filler developed by Dexlevo for aesthetic applications, specifically the correction of crow's feet and facial rejuvenation. Unlike traditional PCL fillers that utilize microparticles suspended in a carrier gel (which can lead to complications such as needle occlusion, nonhomogeneity, or granuloma formation), DLMR01 is formulated as a fully solubilized, homogeneous liquid. Upon injection, the filler spreads naturally into the surrounding tissue and acts as a biostimulator, inducing a controlled biological response that activates fibroblasts to promote neocollagenesis (the synthesis of new collagen). This process restores skin volume, elasticity, and thickness over time. Marketed under the brand name GOURI, DLMR01 has demonstrated non-inferiority to polynucleotide-based fillers in clinical trials for wrinkle improvement.
