Overview

DLN-9148 is a first-in-class, oral, reversible covalent inhibitor of Inducible T-cell Kinase (ITK). Developed by Delinia and later acquired by Celgene, this small molecule is designed to selectively modulate immune responses, with the primary indication being the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It was identified as Delinia's lead preclinical candidate, aimed at bolstering Celgene's immunology portfolio.
