DLQ01 is a topical drug developed by Dermaliq Therapeutics for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). It is a proprietary formulation utilizing hyliQ technology to deliver a prostaglandin F2α analogue directly to hair follicles. The mechanism of action involves modulation of the prostaglandin E2 receptor, with the aim of stimulating scalp hair growth. Clinical trials have shown that DLQ01 significantly increases hair density compared to vehicle and minoxidil, with over 80% responder rates in treated subjects.
