DLQ02

DLQ02 is a novel, liquid topical calcineurin inhibitor with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties. It is being developed by Dermaliq Therapeutics for the treatment of immune-mediated skin conditions, primarily plaque psoriasis. Unlike oral calcineurin inhibitors that are associated with significant systemic side effects, DLQ02 aims to provide effective localized therapy with reduced risk profiles by leveraging a proprietary topical delivery platform (hyliQ). The drug is currently in Phase 1b/2a clinical trials for mild to moderate plaque psoriasis and represents an effort to address unmet needs in patients who are not candidates for systemic treatments[1][2][3][4][5][7][8].
