DMR-002

DMR-002 is a preclinical investigational drug program originally developed by Damora Therapeutics and now part of Galecto’s pipeline following its acquisition of Damora. Publicly available information indicates that DMR-002 is in the discovery-to-preclinical stage with no disclosed target, modality, indication, or mechanism of action, but it is grouped with other Damora pipeline assets DMR-001 and DMR-003 that are being advanced toward IND-enabling studies for inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. Given the absence of detailed structural or pharmacological data, DMR-002 should currently be considered an unnamed research-stage therapeutic asset with undisclosed mechanism, formulation, and route of administration.[5][7][13]
