Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DN-022150 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12D mutation, developed by Jiangxi Kvvit Pharmaceutical (also known as Qingfeng Pharmaceutical Group). KRAS G12D is a prevalent oncogenic driver in various cancers, particularly pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers. By selectively inhibiting the mutant KRAS protein, DN-022150 aims to disrupt the constitutive activation of downstream signaling pathways responsible for uncontrolled cellular proliferation and survival. The drug is currently undergoing Phase I/IIa clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation.
