Overview

DN-102 is a TCR-mimic (TCRm) T-cell engager being developed by DAAN Bio Therapeutics for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR mutations. As a TCR-mimic engager, it is designed to recognize specific mutant EGFR-associated antigens presented on the cell surface via HLA molecules, effectively mimicking the specificity of a T-cell receptor. The molecule then recruits and activates T cells to selectively eliminate tumor cells expressing the mutant EGFR antigen. This approach allows for the targeting of intracellular or mutation-specific antigens that are typically inaccessible to conventional monoclonal antibodies. DN-102 is currently in preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) submission targeted for the fourth quarter of 2027.
