Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DN-103 is a conditionally activated T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by DAAN Bio Therapeutics. It utilizes the company's proprietary TACTIC (Target-Activated Cell-Therapy In-situ Conversion) platform, which is designed to create 'masked' therapeutics that are selectively activated within the tumor microenvironment. This conditional activation mechanism is intended to localize T-cell-mediated tumor killing and minimize systemic toxicities, such as cytokine release syndrome, which are common challenges for conventional T-cell engagers. As of early 2025, DN-103 is in the discovery and preclinical stages, having received research funding from the Korea Drug Development Fund (KDDF). The specific molecular target and primary cancer indications for the program remain undisclosed.
