Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DN-105 is a next-generation biparatopic monoclonal antibody targeting Carcinoembryonic Antigen-Related Cell Adhesion Molecule 5 (CEACAM5), developed by DAAN Bio Therapeutics. The antibody is engineered for enhanced internalization, making it a specialized platform for conjugation with proprietary linker-payloads to form antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). By binding to two distinct epitopes on CEACAM5, DN-105 aims to improve target engagement and cellular uptake compared to traditional monoparatopic antibodies. It is currently in preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) submission targeted for approximately the first quarter of 2028.
