Overview
DN020198 is an investigational, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor developed by Shanghai Dino Pharmaceutical Technology. It specifically targets the KRAS G12D mutation, a common oncogenic driver in various malignancies, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers. By binding to the KRAS G12D mutant protein, DN020198 inhibits the downstream signaling pathways, such as the MAPK/ERK pathway, which are responsible for uncontrolled tumor cell proliferation and survival.
