DN200434 is an **orally available estrogen receptor-related gamma** (ERRγ) **inverse agonist**. It inhibits the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and neointima formation by suppressing mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and mTORC1 activity, suggesting potential therapeutic use in occlusive vascular diseases and restenosis. DN200434 also enhances radioiodine avidity in anaplastic thyroid cancer cells, increasing their susceptibility to radioiodine therapy[1][2][4].
