DN24-02 is an investigational autologous cellular immunotherapy designed to stimulate an immune response against the HER2/neu antigen. It consists of autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), including antigen-presenting cells (APCs), which are cultured ex vivo with BA7072, a recombinant HER2-derived antigen. The therapy aims to induce a targeted immune response in patients with HER2-positive cancers, particularly high-risk urothelial carcinoma. DN24-02 is based on the same manufacturing platform as sipuleucel-T and was developed by Dendreon[1][3][7][8].
