Overview

DNB-102 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by De Novo Biotherapeutics for the treatment of multiple myeloma. It utilizes an mRNA-based platform to encode a bispecific antibody designed as an NK cell engager. While the specific tumor-associated antigen target remains undisclosed, the modality aims to recruit and activate natural killer (NK) cells to selectively eliminate malignant plasma cells. By delivering the genetic instructions for the bispecific antibody via mRNA, the approach potentially offers advantages in production and sustained in vivo expression compared to traditional protein-based bispecific antibodies.
