Overview

DNB-103 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by De Novo Biotherapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It is designed as an mRNA-encoded bispecific antibody that functions as a natural killer (NK) cell engager. By utilizing mRNA technology, the drug aims to induce the endogenous production of bispecific antibodies that bridge NK cells to leukemia cells, thereby facilitating targeted tumor cell lysis. The specific molecular targets for the bispecific construct remain undisclosed by the sponsor.
