Overview

DNB-104 is an mRNA-based bispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager being developed by De Novo Biotherapeutics for the treatment of acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). The therapeutic utilizes mRNA technology to encode a bispecific antibody designed to bridge NK cells and leukemic cells, thereby inducing targeted cytotoxicity. While the specific antigens targeted by the bispecific construct are currently undisclosed, the approach aims to harness the innate immune system's potent anti-tumor activity. The program is currently in the research stage of development.
