Overview

DNB-105 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate developed by De Novo Biotherapeutics for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). It utilizes an mRNA-based platform to deliver the genetic sequence for a bispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager. This approach allows for the endogenous production of bispecific antibodies that simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen on HCC cells and an activating receptor on NK cells, promoting targeted immune-mediated cytotoxicity.
