Overview

DNL111 (ETV:GCase) is an investigational enzyme transport vehicle therapy developed by Denali Therapeutics. It is designed to deliver the enzyme glucocerebrosidase (GCase) across the blood-brain barrier using Denali’s proprietary Enzyme Transport Vehicle (ETV) technology. The primary aim of DNL111 is to address central nervous system manifestations in diseases associated with GCase deficiency, such as Parkinson's disease and Gaucher disease. By restoring GCase activity in the brain, DNL111 targets lysosomal dysfunction implicated in these neurodegenerative and lysosomal storage disorders[3][4][1].
