Overview

DNP002 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6 (CEACAM6). It is primarily developed for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug works by inducing antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) and has shown potential in depleting cancer cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC). It is administered intravenously.
