Overview

DNP005 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody targeting CD40 (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 5) for the treatment of solid cancers. Originally developed by DiNonA and subsequently acquired by KumhoHT, DNP005 acts as a CD40 agonist to stimulate antigen-presenting cells, such as dendritic cells and B cells, thereby promoting T-cell activation and anti-tumor immune responses. In preclinical humanized NSG mouse xenograft models, DNP005 demonstrated significant efficacy, including complete tumor regression.
