Docetaxel + pertuzumab is a combination regimen used primarily for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer, including both early and metastatic disease. Docetaxel is a chemotherapy agent classified as a taxane that inhibits cell division by stabilizing microtubules, leading to apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells.
