This is a hypothetical or non-standard combination of seven antiretroviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV infection. The combination includes: - Dolutegravir and elvitegravir, both integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) that block the integration of viral DNA into the host genome. - Abacavir, lamivudine, and emtricitabine, which are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) that inhibit reverse transcription by causing chain termination during viral DNA synthesis. - Tenofovir alafenamide, a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI), also inhibiting reverse transcription. - Cobicistat is a pharmacokinetic enhancer (booster) that inhibits cytochrome P450 3A enzymes to increase plasma concentrations of certain antiretrovirals such as elvitegravir. Such a seven-drug regimen does not correspond to any approved fixed-dose combination or standard clinical practice. Each component is approved for HIV treatment but typically used in smaller combinations due to overlapping mechanisms and potential for increased toxicity or drug interactions. This specific multi-drug formulation has not been developed or marketed by any company.
