**Dolutegravir + tenofovir alafenamide + emtricitabine** is an oral fixed-dose, three-drug antiretroviral combination for treatment of HIV-1 infection. It contains dolutegravir 50 mg, an HIV-1 integrase strand-transfer inhibitor, plus emtricitabine 200 mg and tenofovir alafenamide 25 mg, nucleoside or nucleotide reverse-transcriptase inhibitors that inhibit viral DNA synthesis through intracellular active metabolites and chain termination. The product is supplied as a once-daily film-coated tablet and has been tentatively approved through the FDA PEPFAR pathway and listed by WHO Prequalification for HIV/AIDS treatment.
